The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will be responsible for the preparation of financial models managed within the Urban Grid growth pipeline, working collaboratively with key business partners (Treasury, Capital Markets, Procurement, Construction, and Asset Development) to manage regular updates to actuals, budget & forecast, and provide recommendations supported by detailed analyses.
Urban Grid is seeking an accomplished and driven Director of Construction to lead our pre-construction and construction efforts in the utility scale solar, wind and battery storage sector. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background encompassing both commercial and technical facets necessary to lead project teams from pre-construction through the final completion of solar development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, construction management, risk mitigation, contract management, and successful leadership of cross-functional teams in the renewable energy domain.
The Sr. Manager/Director, BESS Development will be responsible for leading the technical and commercial development of utility-scale battery energy storage projects throughout the development lifecycle. This role serves as the technical authority within the development team, ensuring that projects are optimized, competitive, financeable, and executable.
As an Accountant, you will supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accountant responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information. This position will work closely with the financial management team.
The Analyst, Strategy & Planning role is critical in supporting Urban Grid’s growth by delivering accurate corporate reporting, insightful management presentations, and critical cross-functional projects. In this role, the Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning, and interface directly with senior leadership, translate complex data into clear insights, and enable decisions that advance the company’s performance and protect project value across development, construction, and operations.
The Legal Counsel will play a key role in supporting Capital Markets transactions and M&A activity, with a primary focus on tax equity, project finance, tax credit transfer transactions, debt financing, fundings, amendments, and ongoing maintenance of existing financing arrangements. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, tax advisors, lenders, tax equity investors, and other transaction counterparties to support the structuring, negotiation, execution, and closing of complex renewable energy financing transactions.
The Director, Operations is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, safety, and value optimization across a portfolio of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) assets. This role serves as the primary operational leader internally and externally, interfacing with executive leadership, investors, partners, and third-party service providers. The Director, Operations will build trust through disciplined execution, transparent reporting, and consistent delivery of results aligned with the company’s mission.
The Director of Treasury will lead in the day-to-day activities of Treasury operations, bank account management, debt management, and support process improvement initiatives. The Director of Treasury will work closely with various business groups within the organization as well as interact directly with external stakeholders (banks, lawyers, vendors, etc.).
The Senior Manager/Director, Interconnection will provide oversight of the Interconnection team, which is part of the larger Transmission & Interconnection & Development Engineering department and the Development organization. This role will provide interconnection technical support to the entire business. This team is responsible for managing all interconnection queue positions supporting projects under active development. This includes handling all communications with ISO/RTOs and utilities and developing a comprehensive interconnection strategy for every development project. The Senior Manager or Director will play a critical role in enabling project bankability by optimizing interconnection positions, managing risks, and ensuring timely progression through ISO/RTO processes.
The Senior Director, Finance will lead the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and portfolio financial analytics functions, supporting the strategic planning, financial performance monitoring, and investment evaluation of the company’s utility-scale solar and battery development portfolio.
This role will be responsible for overseeing corporate financial planning, maintaining portfolio-level financial models, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from late-stage development through Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracting and construction, to completion and hand-off to Asset Operations Management. Responsible for managing multiple projects at a time and accountable for meeting project milestones and maintaining accurate project schedules and budgets.
The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of ownership and accountability while managing internal and external project stakeholders.
